COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Chapel Allerton Indie Trail 2019
Full Terms
1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoters, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
2. This promotion is intended to promote Chapel Allerton businesses, boost trade with local independent traders and as part of that allow the Promoters to contact entrants about their business and Chapel Allerton. If you do not want to receive such marketing, please do not participate. Entries will be collated by The Chapel Allerton Blog- 11 Gledhow Park Avenue LS7 4JR, who will retain entrant details and distribute the details to the Promoters who wish to use them and you should contact those businesses if you wish to understand their data protection policy. Otherwise the Promoters will not share your details with third parties.
3. Upon a purchase** at any of the participating businesses you will be automatically entered into the prize draw (**Purchase criteria will be managed at full discretion of the individual business in question- and the businesses reserve the right to disallow entries if deemed disadvantageous to the competition and fellow participants)
4. All entries must be submitted on a fully completed map with 7 stamps at any of the participating business by COB 07/12/19
5. The opening date for entries is 07:00 on 29/11/2019. The closing date of the prize draw is 00:00 on 07/12/2019 Entries received after this time will not be considered
6. The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind
7. A winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person w/c 09/12/2019
8. The winner will receive £150 worth of vouchers pooled from the participating businesses
9. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) before 15/12/2019 and must provide ID to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 15 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 15 days of being notified of their win.
*£150 of vouchers from participating businesses (£5 per business participating)
